In addition to these legal rights, ZAPPAZ provides a 12-month warranty for products used in private households from the purchase date, with a 3-month warranty period for commercial use. Please be aware that our warranty excludes damage from regular wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, or external causes. Additionally, it becomes void if the item has been modified or tampered with by unauthorized individuals.
Consumable components and accessories, such as chains, carry bags, batteries, wheels, blades, and safety gear, are not covered by our standard warranty once they've been used. If you receive a faulty part or consumable component, please contact us before using it.
