Once your item arrives at the nearest depot, the Courier provider will email updates and arrange delivery during normal business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays. Weekend, holiday, and after-hours delivery is unavailable. Couriers may require assistance unloading, and delivery is limited to property entrances only.
Buyers will be charged a re-delivery fee for undeliverable items or returns due to incorrect addresses or failed deliveries. Door-to-door delivery cannot be guaranteed for all customers, particularly those in remote areas who may need to collect from their nearest freight depot.
